SleepBandits

The findings we derived from analyzing the SleepCoacher app data was published in CHI 2020, the premier conference for Human-Computer Interaction research. The paper received positive remarks about how the app was developed and made available to the wider public, which provides a more diverse and accurate audience than if we had only recruited undergraduate participants from the university. SleepBandits explains the themes, innovations, and future implications for sleep tracking, self-experiments, and personal informatics. CHI 2020 was held remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so you can also watch Nedi’s full presentation below!
